Career Highlights
After growing up in San Angelo, Texas, Mr. Fox graduated with a B.S. Degree in Economics from WTSU in 1966 and received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Bates College of Law in 1970. He commenced his legal career as an associate with a major Houston law firm before co-founding the law firm of Bonham, Carrington, & Fox where he was the Managing Partner from its inception in 1971 until his departure in 1994 to enter the development business full time. Bonham, Carrington & Fox grew from its original three partners in 1971 to a firm of 43 attorneys and a total staff of 115 when Mr. Fox left in 1994. Mr. Fox's practice of law was concentrated in real estate and banking, representing both large and small financial institutions and developers. Mr. Fox has been involved in all aspects of the development and financing world and co-founded West Loop Savings and Loan in 1985 with an initial capitalization of $3,000,000. He served as Chairman of the Board from its inception until its sale to Charter Bancshares in 1993 when it had total assets of $265,000,000. Mr. Fox also served as a member of the Board, Executive Committee and Loan Committee of the Standard Bank of Texas and Banc Texas Allen Parkway.

WCF Development Role
As Vice President of Acquisitions and Development, Carter is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, underwriting and execution of real estate investments.

Career Highlights
Prior to joining WCF Development Carter held a development/leasing role at RHS Interest, Inc./Isis Investments, LP, a boutique development company. Throughout his career, Carter has been intimately involved in various project aspects including entitlement, finance, design, construction, leasing and operations of several different asset classes including urban infill and greenfield site development, multiple retail formats, medical office, as well as limited and full service hotel projects.
 
Prior to embarking on a career in Real Estate, Carter was a professional athlete competing in 2 America's Cups, 2 Olympic Campaigns, winning 2 world Championships, 2 Admiral's Cups and numerous national championships along the way. During his seven 7 years abroad Carter participated in various facets of logistics, project management, budgeting, boat design/construction, fundraising/sponsor fulfillment. He competed on over 150 different teams of various nationalities and languages.

Personal
Carter is a proud University of Texas Longhorn majoring in history as well as qualifying for the McCombs School certification in Business Foundations. He and his wife Lizzy enjoy getting outdoors with their 2 daughters, Grace and Eliza.

WCF Role
Terry oversees the WCF Development Property Management Team. He is responsible for the day to day management of operations, tenant relations, marketing, accounting, budgeting, and leasing of Almeda Mall and all other properties.

Career Highlights
Terry has over 25 years of experience and has focused on retail real estate for the past 17 years. Prior to joining WCF Development, Terry held management positions with Glimcher Realty Trust, The Rouse Company, and Federated Department Stores.

Personal
Born and raised in New Orleans, Terry moved to Houston after graduating from Xavier University of Louisiana. He received a degree in marketing with an emphasis in economics and accounting. He and his wife Janice, have two sons, Terry Jr. and Michael.
